National bodies such as NAVCA say there is likely to be a decrease in grant funding by public authorities in future and a greater reliance on competitive tendering for contracts. Because of this, organisations are increasingly looking at nationally and internationally recognised quality standards to maximise scores in bidding for contracts. These workshops tell you all you need to know about Quality Assurance.
